Welcome to Bench Pop (“we,” “us,” “our”), a curated online marketplace for independent sportswear and activewear brands in India. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, www.benchpop.in (the “Site”), and all services provided by us.

By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

 1. General Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.

  • You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

 2. Marketplace Model

Bench Pop is a zero-inventory marketplace. We connect customers with independent brands, and orders are fulfilled directly by partner vendors.

  • Bench Pop is not the manufacturer, seller, or shipper of listed products.

  • We act as a platform facilitator, not the owner of goods sold.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees).

  • Bench Pop uses secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Bench Pop is not liable for delays, cancellations, or inventory errors from vendor-side unless stated otherwise.

 4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is managed by the vendor or their logistics partner.

  • Delivery timelines may vary and are estimated only, not guaranteed.

  • Customers will receive tracking info once orders are dispatched.

  • Delays due to weather, logistics, or force majeure are not Bench Pop’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Each vendor on Bench Pop may have individual return policies. Please read them before placing an order.

  • Bench Pop will assist in communicating between you and the vendor for eligible returns.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition to qualify for return (if allowed).

6. Vendor Onboarding & Conduct

If you're a brand listing products on Bench Pop:

  • You must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock updates.

  • Vendors are responsible for order fulfillment, packaging, and delivery.

  • Any misconduct (e.g., fake products, delays, poor service) can lead to account suspension or removal.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Bench Pop (logos, design, copy, images, etc.) is protected under applicable IP laws.

  • Do not use, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

  • Brands retain rights to their own logos, designs, and product content.

 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bench Pop is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Vendor-side delays, quality issues, or service complaints

  • Platform downtime, data loss, or third-party access

Use of this platform is at your own risk.

 9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate user/vendor accounts for violations of these Terms

  • Refuse service or remove content at our discretion

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City, e.g., Mumbai], India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance. Please review this page periodically.
